Both Members and non-member orders to be sent using standard shipping.

We process orders daily in the order they are received, following confirmation of payment. For Australian orders received prior to 1pm mid-week, we strive to have your package ready for shipment the same day. For orders received after 1pm, we ship the next business day.

We ship international orders using the AusPost International service, and can ship packages to the following locations;

  • New Zealand - flat AUD $20 & 5 business days between major metro centres
  • UK - flat AUD $30 & 8 business days between major metro centres
  • EU countries - flat AUD $30 & 8-10 business days between major metro centres
  • USA - flat AUD $30 & 5 business days between major metro centres

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Please contact us directly if your destination is not available at checkout.

OUR RETURN POLICY - THE NATCH GUARANTEE 

If you are unhappy with your purchases, send back lightly tested products to us at your own cost and we’ll either replace them or refund you. 

We hope it doesn’t come to it, but if you do need to return your goodies, email us at hello@natchessentials.com within 14 days of receiving your products and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
